ORDERS

Orders are fulfilled same or next business day. If your order hasn’t left our warehouse yet we’ll find a good solution. Please call 818-849-6349 or email us at help@groundz.com.

If you have an account, log in (top right corner of Desktop or top left of mobile site) and you can navigate to your order history to view and track your orders. 

Tracking can also be done via the shipping confirmation email you received when making the purchase. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, it may take upto 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

SHIPPING

Fast (UPS/USPS Ground): $5 (FREE ON ORDERS OVER $75)  delivered within 3-7 business days

Faster (USPS Priority): $15 delivered within 2-3 business days

International shipping is calculated at checkout.

All orders placed Monday - Friday (during non-promotional periods) before 3pm PST will ship the same business day. All orders placed after the cut-off time or placed Saturday-Sunday will ship the following business day (Monday-Friday).

Please note: Orders placed during special promotions and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

If your package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, you will receive a refund once it has been processed in our warehouse less $12 restocking fee. Please note that orders returned to sender cannot be re-shipped; you will need to place a new order for your items.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs will vary based on the destination and weight of the package. The total shipping cost will be calculated and visible at checkout before you complete your order.

Please note, for international orders - duties, taxes & any applicable customs fees ARE INCLUDED IN THE ORDER TOTAL, and calculated at checkout. Your order will be delivered to you without any additional fees upon arrival.

Our standard shipping for international orders is DHL Worldwide, DHL Parcel Direct and UPS, and delivery takes an average of 1-3 weeks, depending on your selection and the destination.
