We’re confident that after you try on our shoes and experience the benefits of grounding you won’t want to wear another shoe.
However, if you aren’t entirely happy with your order, you can return your shoes within 45 days for a full, hassle free refund or exchange.

If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, you can return your shoes within 45 days for a full, hassle-free refund. We only ask that returned items are in brand new condition having no visible signs of wear or use and be returned in original packaging. Footwear that has been worn outside does not qualify for exchange or return. We may offer store credit or charge a restocking fee depending on return condition. Gift Cards are not eligible for return.

SALE shoes purchased during a sales period CAN be returned for a full refund minus $12 restocking fee.

CLEARANCE shoes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

1. Start a Return

To initiate a return, go to the top of this page and click "Start a return or exchange" . Enter your order number and the email address associated with your purchase. Follow the online steps to provide your reason for the return and specify whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

2. Return Label

Download and print your return label from the confirmation page within the portal. You will receive a return initiated email to confirm your return/exchange has been initiated.

Affix the label to the original package.

3. Get Your Return/Exchange Ready

Place new and unused items in the original package. Please do not combine separate orders into one package and in contrast, do not separate a return for one order into multiple boxes. This can cause delays of up to 14 business days.

4. Drop Off Your Package

Drop off your package at a nearby UPS or USPS location (Please verify which is listed on your label). Groundz is not responsible for any lost returns. Make sure that the return is scanned and obtain a receipt before shipping. Keep your tracking number handy so you can track when your return is received. Our return window is 45 days from delivery. Once your item is received, your order, tax, and original shipping will be fully refunded to your payment of choice. 

Please allow 2-4 business days to process the return once it is received.

A hold for the amount of the new item will be placed on your credit card, and the new order will be processed immediately and shipped to you as soon as same day (see cut off times).

As soon as your return is received at our warehouse, the hold will be released. You will have 21 days to ship your item(s). If your return is not in transit after 21 days, your card will be charged for the full amount of the item(s).

If you have requested an exchange, it will then be shipped to you with a new email for tracking.
