Our B I O S sneakers are generally a medium fit and true to size.
If you are not used to wearing barefoot shoes with minimal cushioning, we recommend taking some time to aclimate. Start with wearing them for an hour a day and progressively increase time as your feet adjust.
Wearing natural cotton socks will still provide grounding!
