I have a narrow foot and worked with the owner to find a shoe that was not too wide and would hold my foot. These are perfect. The only thing I would say is that you will need to size up to accommodate the toe box. I wear a 7.5 (38) in all other shoes. In these, I'm wearing a 40. I get so many compliments! Thank you for these wonderful grounding shoes! The owner was so helpful. We sent a few pairs back and forth and she couldn't have been nicer.

There is only one downside to these grounding Jeans Clay Sneaker which are otherwise perfect. I wish the tongue was stitched down, I may just have to do that myself. It seems as if the designer tried a pair that they would experience that loose piece of fabric moving in under the elastic straps and then it is difficult to pull it back out where it belongs. Hope this is useful feedback. Overall a great pair of shoes!
